Custom Javascript on Webstore Items

I've created a javascript on a Sales Order form to calculate the square feet  of an item (cabinet door) before the door is added to a Sales Order line.  This is working fine inside of Netsuite and now we want to add this same functionality to the Webstore. 

Does anyone have any suggestions as to how I would go about implementing such a thing?
