Support Case - Default Service Item
Support Case
On the "Time" tab we have our technical reps enter in how much time they've spent on the case. The "Service Item" is always = "Technical Support", which is a service part that we've entered into the system. I'm wondering if I could make it where the default is always the "Technical Support" option. I'm assuming this could be done with suitescript.
