INSUFFICIENT_PERMISSION error When specific account used

Hi,

I have a script on inventory items (before submit), and it is released to all Roles.
When any employee edit any item, the script runs perfectly, but it retrieves INSUFFICIENT_PERMISSION error When using a specific account.

any ideas about What is the reason for that error
