request.getAllParameters & 2009.1

I have been testing my code ready for 2009.1 and have found that request.getAllParameters() is returning null (request.getParameter(name) is behaving as expected).

Has anybody else experienced the same problem?

I have logged a case with NS and they have issued Defect 135195 with a S3 priority!
