No way to fire event if duplicate?
I am trying to generate a task for followup whenever an online form is submitted.
When no duplicate is detected, the task is generated without problem using a userevent (create). However the function doesn't appear to fire at all when a duplicate is detected (my 'handle duplicates' is set to update the first record). In fact, when a duplicate is detected, no action seems to be taken at all (i.e. there is no record of the user ever even submitting the form).
Is there no way to get the script to fire regardless of if it is a duplicate or not?
