Retrieve field UI Label from Saved Search

Does anyone know if it is possible to pull the Field UI Label from a Saved Search?  I'm populating a Suitelet dynamically, and I don't see a way to determine the UI Label even though I do have the Field Internal ID.

Any ideas?
