Help using altType record on nlapiRecordMerge
Hi,
I'm using the nlapiMergeRecord function, and trying to have it pull info from two different records: customer and a custom record. The template has tags from both these records.
var msg = nlapiMergeRecord(templateId, 'customer', memberId, 'customrecord3', memAccId, null);
However, whenever I run this, I get the error: RCRD_DSNT_EXIST
I'm printing both the memberId and memAccId before I merge the template, and I get both internal IDs, so they're clearly there, and the customrecord internal ID is also correct.
Any ideas?
