java.lang.OutOfMemoryError = queued scheduled scripts pay the price

I've noticed a pattern where netsuite crashes and I end up getting an exception that the server is out of memory.  Shortly after this happens I notice that all my scheduled scripts hang until the problem is solved (server reboot?)

Has anyone else noticed this?
