How to get attachment details in a email message

Hi all,

can anyone help me to get the attachment details from a message which is from case.

There is a case logged by email. The email has attachment. Now I able to track the email details. am struggling to get the attachment details. I need the internal id of the attached file.

if anyone knows please tell me. Its top urgent.
