using nlapiSearchRecord(...) with join

Hello,

I have a custom record, contains a multiselect field sourced by item as a parent field (each custom record will be contained a list of attached items)

I want to retrieve items attached to a record via script.
How can I do this using nlapiSearchRecord(...) with join?
