Is Approve Time page scriptable?

Hi,

I would like to generate status records and email alerts based on the approval or rejection of a time entry into netsuite.  As it stands now, there is an "Approve Time" page that is accessed by our management that offers a checkbox for approval (defaulted as unchecked), but none for rejection (i assume the default though i woud like it to mean submitted for approval in this instance).  There are a bunch of things i could do if i could get to the page, but i do not receive any server side events on the loading of the page nor
