Creating campaign responses
We are using live agents to call contacts. They do that using marketing campaign and events. I would like to create a response against the campaign/recepient every time agent queues the person, then when the called and then when contact responded.
Is it possible to create response using SuiteScript?
My understanding on the underlying object is that campaign response is linked to events and campaigns as well as to recepients (contacts). Inside it's body it has Type, Date/Time, Author and Note fields. Are they all accessible from SuiteScript?
Any examples would be greately appreciated.
