Suitelet on Web Site - Login Required

I want to add a suitelet to my Web Site. The user must login before displaying the suitelet and the suitelet must be able to update Sales Orders.

I have defined my suitelet deployment with Available Without Login set to No and All Roles is Ticked, and it is released. I have created a Hosted Tab with the URL /app/site/hosting/scriptlet.nl?script=6&deploy=1

When a user who is logged into the Web Site and they click on the tab it asks them to login again. They then get an unexpected error.

Why does it ask them to login again?
