Need Script to Transfer Data from One Field to Another

I need a script (or other solution) that will allow me to transfer data from one field to another.  Usually, I would just export a CSV file with the data and then copy it over and re-import it, updating the record, but the data I need transferred is in Project records, so I can't do the CSV import.

Specifically, I need to be able to transfer data from a custom field to the "Project Price" field in the Project record.

Anyone have a script or other idea on how to accomplish this?
