Identify items belonging to the same Item Group on Sales Order Lines

I need to update all of the item lines on a Sales Order where the items belong to the same Item Group. I know the item ID of one of the items on a Sales Order line, and I want to find the other items in the same item group and update a custom field on them.

Does anyone know how I can identify the items generated from the same group?
