Scripting Transaction Address Popup

I want to default & disable Residential Address checkbox on the add address popup from the Sales Order form.

The address load & save does not appear to trigger any server side user events and the form itself does not have hooks for client script nor does it offer adding custom fields.

Ideas anyone?
