Before Submit Function not working after 2009.2!!!

Ok,

We have some scripts that fire on the "Before Submit Function" on webstore orders that worked fine prior to our upgrade to 2009.2 that no longer work????  Now when we view the SO through the UI make a change then try to re-save we get the fabled "UEXPECTED ERROR".

I have filed a case: 953992

Any help would be greatly appreciated!!!
