Default subsidiary with a Online Form (basic script)

Hi There

I need some help trying to default the subsidiary on an online form.

Here is my code
2 is the internal ID of the subsidiary.
Getting a error "TypeError elem.getAttribute is not a function"

Its a Page Init Function
