customer online form script v.s. search

NetSuite & all,


Can any customer online forms CODE run "nlapiSearchRecord" ??


I inserted nlapiSearchRecord() onto the CUSTOM CODE of an online form but I received an error of "Access Denied"


I assume the online form users do not have the access right to run a search, correct?
