Invoke External webservice call.

Hi All,

We would like to invoke  external webservice from Netsuite,Can we get a sample code .
We have been trying using
nlapiRequestURL( 'Sample Service Name', null, null,null )

but this is not invoking any of our webmethods.

Anyhelp regarding this is appreciated.
