???Getting Values from an Open Sales Order via an Event Script????
Hello,
If I have a sales order opened and want to grab the customer id -- to open the customer record and insert values from the sales order to the customer record.
What object(or method) would I use to get the customer id from the current opened sales order?
I opted to use the "Before Submit Function" via an event script to ensure the mandatory customer information is already in the record.
Does this seem like the most logical approach?
