Expense Report - Scripting

I am trying to create a custom record after saving an Expense Account Report using onSave(type) with if (type == 'create') and I am getting the following warning message plus the expense account record nor the custom record is created system.netsuite.com : potentially vulnerable to CVE-2009-3555.

I am trying to create the custom record after create and before it is approved.

Does anyone have any idea what this message means?
