AfterSubmit Invoice Rec Not linking to Sales Order

edited Dec 2, 2019 6:05PM in SuiteCloud / Customization 1 comment

Hi,

I've written a script in aftersubmit which is deployed to the Invoice record.

The script removes the line items, orders them (adds sections & totals), then adds them all back in, this functions correctly.  However, the invoice then has no link back to the Sales Order it was created from.  The "Created From" field doesn't exist after the script is run.

I think this is because the saved line items on the invoice contain null in the "orderdoc" and "orderline" column fields.  So i tried capturing "orderdoc" and "orderline"in the aftersubmit script, which works, but it seems like Netsuite doesn't allow you to set these fields, is this correct?
