RFM suitescript calculations
I am trying to develop suitescript that will populate custom RFM fields that calculate a 1-5 value based on the customer's recency, frequency, and dollar amount spent.
I want this to be something that is calculated on a customer record level every time a new transaction is made.
Part of this will be a custom Netsuite tab that allows the user to "customize" the date ranges and monetary values used in this calculation.
Any feedback on how to go about a project like this would be much appreciated.
