Alert when creating new project for customer
Probably a very simple task, but seem to be struggling with this...
We need to remind people if a customer has any special requriements before they create a new project... We are using 'User Notes' in the customer for this purpose.
We need to create an Alert box pop up when a New Project is created only if there are notes in the user notes field.
So what i need to find is the
parent customer record
parent customer record > usernotes
and then display an alert only in create mode...
I am rather new to suitescript, and am unsure whether to use client or user event scripts to achieve this. Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks.
