Suitelet create custom button on form
Hello All,
I have sucsesfully created a custom form using a suitlet but don't quite understand how to call a function from a custom button. This is an example of how I have constructed my form.
function initiateForm(request, response) { if ( request.getMethod() == 'GET' ) { // Create my fields // Create a custom button form.addButton('custombutton','test button', deleterecord()); response.writePage( form ); } else { } } function deleterecord() { alert("TEST the function"); } My problem is is that deleterecord() is not being called and my test alert is not being dispalyed. Am I calling the function correctly from the 'custombutton' and is the function deleterecord() in the correct place withing my script or does it have to reside somewhere else?
