On Demand Calling Queue
Hi - 2 years ago I implemented a call queue for our 40-50 sales reps. Basically all leads come into the system and are assigned to a generic sales rep (or Q called X). The sales reps run a suitelet I wrote which pulls the next lead off of the top of the QX and works it. If sucessfull the lead get assigned to them, thus taken out of the QX list.
The Q order is based on many factors, the tricky part was I couldn't use a search for the suitelet to run each time bc sales reps were pulling off the same lead if they invoked the suitelet at the same time.
