Validate Hours?

We want to limit the "Duration" entered in the weekly time tracking form to 15 minute (.25 hour) increments.  I'm trying to script something, but am having problems.  Basically, I want an alert to pop up if hours/.25 <> round(hours/.25,0).  Any ideas?
