Cannot get customer's name
I'm running the following script on a customer record when the customer gets created:
record.getFieldValue('email'); //returns the correct email
record.getFieldValue('firstname'); //returns an empty string
record.getFieldValue('lastname'); //returns an empty string
record.getFieldValue('name'); //returns an empty string
Does anyone know why it returns an empty string? The record browser says "firstname" and "lastname" should point to the correct fields.
I tried to run it on beforeSubmit, afterSubmit and beforeLoad, all 3 had the same result.
Any ideas?
