How to force an update email
I have written a script which takes an inbound email, extracts text from it, searches for an existing case for the customer and adds a new outbound message to the call. This is all working.
However, I need to force the system to then send an update email to the assigned engineer, as it currently doesn't. (It does if I manually add a message to the case, but not if I add a message via Script).
Is there a command to force the system to send an update when the case is updated via script?
