Sourcing for Script Parameter (field) ?

I've had a design bouncing around in my head for a couple months and decided to bang out a quick proof of concept.  My design depends greatly on Script Parameters and the ability to specify specific fields on the record that the script is deployed to.  It will be deployed to many different records and for each deployment I had planned on setting various List/Record(Field) Script Parameters to the appropriate Fields on the record being deployed against.

I figured this would be doable by sourcing the Field Script Parameter from the Parent or, if I must I could specify a List/Record(Record) script parameter and source against that.
