Scheduled script problems/changes?

I've had a schedule script that has been running for a year at 10 EST fire twice today, 2/09/11,  at 204AM and 705AM.  yesterday it fired at 1002AM, which is about normal.  does anybody know if there were any changes to the scripting times such as moving to GMT or something or was this just a one time incident?
