Suitelet on Submit of External Customer Form

I am looking for a way to use an external customer form to source a new lead but also create a new quote/estimate automatically for that new lead as in the form there is also transaction data (service type etc.).

So contact data (name,email,phone etc.) would generate the new lead and transaction data (service type, delivery date etc.) would create the new Quote, this data all has to be in one form.

I am able to easily generate a form to source the new lead, but I am pretty stumped on how I would go about using a Suitelet to send half of the customer form information to generate a new Quote.
