get value from lineitem(tranaction column field) and set to custom body field.

Hi All,

Whenever we add an item to Purchase order, i need to get value from custom transaction field from that line item (employee name populated) and same value need to be selected in custom body field list type employee...
can someone please guide me some sample script to get value from line item custom field to custom body field, both were list type fields of employee.
