Create Folder

Does anybody know if it is possible yet to create folder on the fly with SuiteScript?  I have a small script which uploads a file and attaches it to a Return Authorization, but I would like to place the file in a folder that has the Transaction ID built into the name.  For example, we have created a folder called RMA.  Inside that folder, I would need to create a sub folder called RMA12345 if somebody uses this button to attach a file (or multiple files) to this RMA.
