Simple Form Portlet posts inside iFrame

Suddenly a portlet that has been working since October started posting inside its iframe. Given this is meant to take an order number and open the fulfillment page things are a little cramped.  This had been working fine and as far as I can tell no portlets I have in other accounts are behaving strangely.

Any ideas? An account setting of some sort?

FWIW It looks like Firefox 3.6 just refuses to open the link. -- Firebug shows the link aborting due to a security error.
