Set drop down list on the field

Hi, everybody! Help me, please!?

How can i set dropdown list on the custom field via Suitescript?
For example: In Contact (filling Online case form) when i select the Company Name (set automatically), i want to set in custom field only values (dropdown) that corresponding with this Company only (there is a custom record type where i store Company Name 1 - value 1, Company Name 1 - value 2, Company Name 2 - value 1, Company Name 2 - value 2, and etc) and end-user needs to select one of the values from this drop-down list.
