Hi,
I am creating a Search that uses expressions.
Type: Transaction
Criteria
Type: Case {AND}
Date : within this month {OR}
Date: within last month
Results
Date / Summary: Group / Function: Months
Internal ID / Summary: Count
So, now I can get the two values and create a % comparing how many cases we got from day to day. (I know its on the KPIs but this is for another use) :-)
