Limit Total employee work duration to 18hours

hi,

Now there is no limit of time entry in an working day in NetSuite.One can entry any number of hours in a day.
I want to limit this hour to 18. now I can restrict employee to entry against a single  task description within this hour but not able to control the total task duration limit within a day.
Can any one help me?
