Calculating CMRR

We store CMRR values in the Alt Sales fields per line item on our sales orders (we also renamed Alt Sales to CMRR in record naming setup making it intuitive to all users). This is an ideal place to house CMRR information as Alt Sales is a figure that is displayed on many out of the box reports (it also is easily pulled into saved searches). Additionally, it is friendly with discounting and markups and can be used by the commissions module as well as for forecasting/pipelines. Not using a custom field to house CMRR allows us to use it
