Just Confirming - not possible to add Button to "More Actions" menu?

I've consulted the help and searched the forum and I'm not seeing anything that makes me think I can add a nlobjButton server-side and specify that it should be located in the "More Actions" menu.  It appears that only buttons added via "click and configure" of Forms can be located in the More Actions menu.

Is this true?  Anyone been able to add a button via UE script and position it in the "More Actions" menu?
