Suitelet - Adding items to cart via WSDK and Set Price

Is there a way to add items to the shopping cart via a Suitelet/WSDK and set the sell price without using donation items? I know how to add the items to cart from a Suitelet, but I am not sure if there is a supported way to set the price.

Also, can custom fields/values be passed as parameters via WSDK? And finally, can the customer id be passed? The documentation doesn't show any of the above as being supported.
