Please note that on Friday, March 20, 2026, at 8:00 PM Pacific time, our Case Management System will undergo a scheduled maintenance for approximately 4 hours. During this time, case creation via SuiteAnswers will be unavailable and inbound calls will be routed to Customer Service.
Setting 'enddate' on 'supportcase' has no effect
For reporting reasons we want to back-date some closed dates on support cases. There are some that just slipped through the cracks and were actually closed months before we finally cleaned them up and clicked closed.
The field is inline'ed in the UI, so I tried script and was encouraged that I didn't receive an error, however it also appears that the value didn't actually take.
Has anyone else experienced this? If you can't change the value it seems like an error should be thrown at least.
