Budget Record? What type is it? Help!

First off I will say this is my first script hence the frustration and panic.

I'm trying to show the results of three saved searches in a portlet. One of the searches is a budget search. I can't find any where a reference to the budget record.:eek:

I've looked long and hard and can't find anything.

Please tell me I'm wrong or there's a work around.
