User event script to slow down online form submit

Hi all,

I am facing an issue that the online form submit process takes too long to do URL redirect because of many USER EVENT scripts applied to the prospect records.

If there are no user event scripts applied, the time to complete a submit is about 4 seconds. Now my online form takes about 10 seconds because I have about three user event scripts applied on CREATE of new prospects.

How can I resolve this issue and make submit goes faster ??
I do not think I can let my customers wait the browser for running 10 seconds...
