Disable Print button according to role
I have created a process to email our invoices and would like to move that to be triggered when the To Be Printed checkbox is checked and an approved user (by role) hits the print button or does it from the queue.
Can I circumvent the default print process? I can check if the field is checked, if the user has the right role and email accordingly, but the print action is still completed.
I tried setting the value of the field back to checked in the after submit event, but that is not working.
Ideally, I would like to completely disable that button for anyone other than the appropriate role if the field is checked. Is that possible?
