Scripting Help

Hi all,

I need some help regarding a script I need to write, hoping someone can at least point me in the right direction.

I have a custom record which has numerous fields on it, the ones I need to deal with are for the majority checkboxes and text areas.

What I need to achieve is as follows.

I have the following Fields FIELD A,FIELD B,FIELD C,FIELD D,FIELD E,FIELD F

Field A-E are checkboxes, Field F is a text area.

I need to get all the field names for any of field A-E that are ticked and display those field names elsewhere, as well as if FIELD F has text entered I need to get the field name and the entered text.
