Initiate Workflow from script - permissions

Hi all,

I have a scheduled script that calls nlapiInitiateWorkflow.  It's marked "Execute as administrator."  However, when I run it, I get the error "INSUFFICIENT_PERMISSION You do not have privileges to view this page."

What do I need to do in order to call the workflow correctly?
