Saved Search Suitelet Pagination

Hi,

Just wondering if anyone can give me any pointers on how I could go about returning the contents of a saved search down to 50 records, then be able to re-invoke the search again to start it after the last 50 records.?

Kinda like pagination, but to make it quick for displaying Netsuite content externally ?
