setHelpText not working
I created a NetSuite form (external without login) in a Suitelet and I want to display help on certain fields. I used the setHelpText function as shown below which displays the clickable label but when I click it, all I get is this message: Help is unavailable because your connection has timed out. Please log in and try again.

As an alternative solution I was thinking of changing an on-screen help message by triggering a function each time the user selects a different field. Is there any way to detect a field was clicked before the user enters any data?
